Free Shipping:

All India Free Shipping is available on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

International Shipping:

For orders valued under INR 50,000 (approx. $601.12), we offer a postal shipping service at a flat rate of INR 999 (approx. $12.01) for customers from the U.S.A, Australia, New Zealand, and select regions in Asia. Please note that the delivery period for this service is estimated at 15-20 days.

Countries in Asia eligible for this service: Bhutan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

Express Shipping:

International Free Express Shipping: Available for orders above INR 1,50,000 (approx. $1875 as of July 2023). This service takes 4-7 days and is provided by reputed courier services like FedEx, UPS, Sequel, etc.

Shipping charges for international orders below INR 1,50,000: A flat rate of INR 3,600 (approx. $45 USD) will be charged for most international orders.

For certain countries like Belgium, orders above INR 40,000 (approx. $540 USD) will incur a shipping charge of INR 8,000 (approx. $110 USD).

What does 'Days to Dispatch' mean?

'Days to Dispatch' refers to the time it takes for us to prepare and hand over your order to the courier. The dispatch time depends on the product and whether it's being mounted in jewelry or requires additional services like a lab certificate. For instance, loose gemstones are typically dispatched in 1-2 days, while custom jewelry may take 4-5 days.

How long will delivery take?

For Metro cities, deliveries usually occur within 1 to 3 days from dispatch. For non-metro cities, deliveries may take between 2 to 7 days, depending on the product type and location.

Is my shipment safe?

Yes! All shipments are securely packaged in durable, tamper-evident packaging and are insured. You do not need to pay any additional insurance costs, as it's included in the shipping fees.
